In this use case, the goal is to automate the addition of MAX RI values from Accepted Hazard Analysis in the system to the ORRE-BRA for Streamlined ORRE-BRA Risk Analysis. A table will be created for a risk matrix and consolidate selected existing fields for Streamlined ORRE-BRA Risk Analysis.
There can be one or more ORRE-BRA item under the ORRE-BRA tracker.
Every Hazard Analysis is associated with only one Harm.
Each ORRE-BRA item can be associated with unique Hazard Analysis items.
Post-RI = Post-Occurrence * Post-Severity
Anyone in Arthrex should be able to manually edit the other two columns in the HA Justification table i.e., Do the Benefits Outweigh The Risks?, Justification.

The HA Justification table consists of 4 columns: - Harm, Max RI, Do the Benefits Outweigh The Risks?, and Justification.
This table shows all the unique harms and their associated Post-RI values after mitigation.
This table will be populated automatically with all the unique harms from the tracker Hazard Analysis (Risk) and Max RI values associated with each harm.
You can fill two columns manually Do the Benefits Outweigh The Risks?, Justification.
To fill both the columns manually, follow steps 1 and 2.
Double-click on the cell where you want to add Do the Benefits Outweigh The Risks?, Justification.
Select Yes/ No from the dropdown and add your comments for the column Justification and then click OK.
If the Max RI gets updated for an existing harm in the HA Justification table, it won't update/ delete the previously manually added columns Do the Benefits Outweigh The Risks?, Justification.
There are many attributes for which the values are hard-coded in the code.
