Content Rejection Report (UC -1)

UC-1 Content Rejection Report

This can be used to build metadata to track the number of iterations for the Content Rejection Report.

Steps to run the Content Rejection Report: -

  1. Login to Arthrex using the URL ...

  2. Go to the Reports tab.


  3. Go to the Search bar and search for Content Rejection Report.


    Here, you will find two versions of the report, Project-specific and System-specific reports.

    Project-specific reports can be run for a particular project.

    System-specific reports can be run across all projects in the system.

    1. To run the project-specific report, select the project-specific report.


      It will open a new window, where you can select the project for which you want to run the report and click Yes.


    2. You will see the reports open in the new window.

      There will be 3 columns in the report: - Summary, Status, and Number of Times Rejected (hidden field).


Steps to configure the Content Rejection Report: -

  1. Go to the Projects tab and select the project "Arthrex Template 2".


  2. Go to the Trackers tab.

  3. Select a tracker under the Trackers tab. Right-click on the tracker and Select Configure.

    It will open a new window for that item.


  4. Go to the Fields tab and check Show hidden fields.


  5. Click on the Number of times Rejected.


    It will open a new window.

  6. Keep Type as 'Integer' and Shared Field as 'Number of Times Rejected' and click OK.


  7. To increment the value of Number of Times Rejected every time an item is rejected, go to the tab State Transitions.


  8. For In Review to Obsolete transition, click the three dots and select Edit.


  9. Keep Actions as Update item properties.

  10. Click on the Edit button beside Update item properties.


    It will open a new window.

  11. Keep the Number of times rejected as 'Increase by' value 1 and click OK.


  12. Repeat steps 3 to 11 for every tracker under the Tracker tab for which you want to see the Content rejection report.

Steps to take the export of the report: -

  1. Once the report is created, click on the Export to Office button.


  2. Select Simple Excel Export and Click Export.


  3. The Excel file will be downloaded to your Downloads folder.
