This can be used to build metadata to calculate the Length of Time from Draft to Approval for the Length of Time Draft to Approval Report.

Login to Arthrex using the URL ...
Go to the Reports tab.
Go to the Search bar and search for Draft to Approval Report.
Here, you will find two versions of the report, Project-specific and System-specific reports.
Project-specific reports can be run for a particular project.
System-specific reports can be run across all projects in the system.
To run the system-specific report, select the system-specific report.
It will open a new window and it won't ask you to select a project because the report will run across all the projects in the system.
You will see the reports open in the new window.
There will be 3 columns in the report: - Summary, Status, and Draft to Approval Count (hidden field).
Go to the Projects tab and Select the Project "Arthrex Template 2".
Go to the Trackers tab.
Select a tracker under the Trackers tab. Right-click on the tracker and select Configure.
It will open a new window for that item.
Go to the Fields tab and check Show hidden fields.
Click on the Draft to approval count.
It will open a new window.
Keep Type as 'Integer' and Shared Field as 'Draft to approval count and click OK.
To increment the value of Darft to approval count, go to the tab State Transitions.
For the In Review to Approved transition, click on the three dots and click on the Edit button.
Keep Actions as Update item properties.
Click on the Edit button beside Update item properties.
It will open a new window.
Keep the Draft to approval count as 'Increase by' value 1 and click OK.
Repeat steps 3 to 11 for every tracker under the Tracker tab for which you want to see the Draft to Approval Count report.
Once the report is created, click on the Export to Office button.
Select Simple Excel Export and click Export.
The Excel file will be downloaded to your Downloads folder.
